* Ensure that necessary project control standards, procedures and work instructions are used

* Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones to aid project management decision-making.
* Responsible for input to the Monthly Report, Planning and Performance Review Meetings
* Work with the Cost Engineer to ensure alignment of planning and cost control reporting and requirements
* Participate all meeting (i.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting, and coordination meeting...)

Scope of responsibilities mainly consisted of:
- Development of program / integrated project schedule for all projects and work packages

- Provide full cost engineering, work management, analysis and cost control guidance to budget holders and managers.
- Monitor and manage project procurement, assuring materials quality and deliveries.
- Administer contracts related to engineering and project activities.
- Carry out quality checks on base estimates included in CAPEX and OPEX forecast expenditures.
