  Key Result Areas
  Project Management
  - In consultation with the Project Manager, preparing quarterly work plans and budgets, in line with the project budget, for submission to the Project Management Team (PMT).
  - Collecting, compiling and submitting to the Project Manager quarterly financial and narrative reports in the formats provided by Project Manager.
  - Carrying out training and other planned support activities for project target beneficiaries.
  - Coordinating and planning with the contracted trainers to ensure that all planned work with the farmers is implemented on time and in line with the expected outputs and outcomes.
  - Ensuring the active participation of women in the project through planning and conducting women-specific activities.
  - Organizing and if necessary accompanying farmers to exhibitions, trade fairs and such other events.
  - Organizing and if necessary accompanying women farmers on study tours and exchange visits.
  - Ensuring the existence of a vibrant and well-functioning District Level Farmers Association in Bignona/Casamance, recommending and organizing the necessary training for the Association.
  - In consultation with the Project Manager, organizing and planning all logistics for field visits by the PMT, evaluation or research teams or any other visits related to the project, and participating as recommended by the PMT.
  - Carrying out continuous monitoring of the progress of the project, ensuring that all the necessary monitoring information and data is captured in the monitoring forms provided by the PMT.
  - Establishing and maintaining good and harmonious working relationships with the Local Government Authorities in Bignona, and with all other stakeholders of the project.
  - Carrying out any other duties related to the project that may be assigned by the Project Manager or the PMT.
  
  Project Design and fundraising
  - Conducts sub-sector analysis, value chain analysis, market system analysis or other scoping studies that identify possibilities for Traidcraft intervention and partners with whom to work
  - Support the Project Manager in developing and designing new projects in collaboration with partner organizations, the Tradcraft Africa Regional Office and other colleagues as appropriate.
  - Gathers information on local opportunities for donor support for prospective projects and liaises with the Project Manager.

  - faire le diagnostic précis de l’évolution générale du projet afin de cerner à quel niveau se situe les failles du projet ainsi que les forces et les résultats transitoires acquis.
  - mesurer les progrès ou les retards enregistrés vers l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
  - A l’issue de cette enquête, l’évaluateur devra donc formuler les recommandations spécifiques visant à améliorer l’efficacité, l’efficience, l’impact et la durabilité du projet.
  - évaluer la performance du projet, les résultats atteints et les activités mises en œuvre par rapport aux objectifs fixés dans le projet ;
  - Formuler des recommandations et des propositions opérationnelles concrètes en vue de corriger d’éventuels problèmes et dysfonctionnements mis en évidence par l’évaluation au niveau de la pertinence, l’efficacité, l’efficience, la viabilité et l’impact du projet ;
