    2016 - maintenant Duties:
    * Smart Room Planner providing Activity Planning for 2 offshore Projects: FPSO PAZFLOR (220 000 Oil bpd -
    $8b) and CLOV (160 000 Oil bpd, $6b) in Angola Bloc 17.
    * SAP key user assisting Production and Process Engineers with site technical support.
    * Undertaking Primavera P6 Planning activities delivery on a weekly basis.
    * Reviewing an average of 30 notification priority in a daily meeting with site management to confirm the
    priority level and decide of treatment by core crew or campaign teams.
    * Use of Planner Group in SAP to segregate the Works Orders preparation based on Planning Long Term (PLT)
    or Planning Short Term (PLN) attribution.

    Achievements:
    * Developed a SAP/Primavera interface to create an operational plan improving the Site Frozen Plan by 80%.
    * Defined new method to coordinate offshore operations between different services by developing the use of
    Standard Text Key in SAP which defines the operations statue and improve communication.
     Handling a monthly average of 400 Work Orders across 2 FPSO (150 WPM + 50 WDF per FPSO), report the
    progress of Maintenance, Inspection and Construction activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
     Recognition of improvement to planning and work coordination has resulted in Nigeria and Congo operations
    assimilating the planning tools developed.

    2014 - 2014 Duties:
    * Undertaking the planning and coordination of offshore maintenance activities for 10 Supervisors and 40
    Technicians / Specialists
    * Using SAP and Primavera P6 for the FPSO CLOV (160 000 Oil bpd, $6b) in Angola Bloc 17. ;
    * Responsible for planned and unplanned shutdown preparation.
    * Wells delivery for Oil Production and 1st Oil Start Up: Schedule of Drilling Reservoir, Completion, X-Tree
    installation, Well Jumper fabrication/installation and Wells Start Up.
    * Integrity planning to deal with hot topics by defining the tasks scheduling, resources, responsibilities, specific
    tools needed and logistical means for the different departments of Production, Construction, Maintenance
    and Inspection as per management priorities.
    * Defined Campaigns scope of work and critically appraises associated jobs opportunities; prepare spare parts
    replacement and forecast the materials process delivery from Europe to Angola.
    * Initiated early procurement and expediting long lead items to reduce delays on engineering projects.

    Achievements:
     Commissioning Planning of Project Utilities start up, Water In equipment activation, Gas Ramp Up phases
    delivered on time and under budget.
     Delivered 1 Planned Gas Shutdown with wells shutdowns sequence as per production priorities and 3
    Planned Water Injection Shutdown with Exchangers replacement delivered 21% ahead of schedule, with an
    18% margin on budget.
     Received Reward after reporting the Best Anomaly Card for November 15 + average of 20 anomalies per
    week reported.

  • Total - Delivered the Pilot

    COURBEVOIE 2013 - 2013 project for the Safety Critical Elements (SCE) Project in
    Achievements:
    * Took responsibility for the 3 Week Maintenance Shutdown scope of work (up to $10M) within the major
    Shutdown project portfolio which has a total value of approx. $30Mil per annum.
     Implemented 1200 maintenance procedures with preparation team engineers.
    * Over 80 Maintenance Plans modified following site improvement requests.
    * Integrated the maintenance procedure into the SAP database delivered ahead of schedule, with an 11%
    margin on budget.
     SCE project integration procedures so successful they were replicated in FPSO Girassol and Dalia in Angola.
