  Saint Maurice 2011 - 2012 • Deputy Commissioning Manager, in charge of a team of 5+ engineers.
  • Responsible for the commissioning and pre-commissioning tests.Documentation on main areas within the plant (including steam loop, steam turbine, cooling loop, furnace and flue gas treatment).
  • Responsible for automation and process tests on site (SAT) and for the safety PLC tests.
  • Successful start-up of the plant within a very short time period
  • Development and implementation of computerized tools to give priority and orientation to both management and construction teams. Tools were successful in improving the project time schedule.

  • Managed a 20 person team to pass performance tests within a set schedule subject to heavy financial risks.

  • Involvement in the start-up of the Reverse Osmosis and intake pumping stations.
  • Review and development of the Plant Control Philosophies and design of the HMI screens. Software FAT and SAT on site.
  • Training of the Operations Team and O&M documentation.
  • Developed several modules of the MERAM VWS Software
  • Implementation of the Maintenance Planning including the inventory of spare parts and purchase.
  • Developed Software to manage the history and replacement of the thousands of Reserve Osmosis membranes. This Software has since been implemented in 5 different Australian sites as well as Fujairah and Aruba.

  • Improvements and upgrades on the SCADA system, setup of new network architecture for optimal reliability.

  • Design of the associated data access Software to provide the operations team with real-time parameters and daily/monthly reports for the client.
