• DUTIES:
SCHEDULER ASSISTANT: Establish weekly, monthly, master schedule and make update each situation change, Plan daily equipment needs (pomp car, forklift, crane, truck)
LABOR CONTROL: arranging the payment of staff salaries, calculating payroll from timesheets, processing all tax documentation, maintaining accurate records of sick, maternity, leave(Control 30 Persons in our department)
DRAWING CONTROL:
Checking every day by email a new drawing (electronic file) incoming from DAEWOO Company
Requesting missing information for construction
Verify Drawing’s revision and make update each if there are new revisions
Arranging it by each part of construction
Filing, Scanning and make hard copy
Printing and sharing to all reattached department
Dispatching documents
MATERIAL CONTROL: make inspection of material incoming-outgoing at site, control material’s quality, provide construction’s material need and send report to the company patron (Damage Material Report)
SAFETY RESPONSIBLE:
Permit Coordinator: plan all everyday permit needs, prepare all necessary document permit (work permit, JSA, method of work statement, toolbox meeting list), analyze the risk to be produce with risk prevention of work area, control the procedure needs before the beginning at the construction part
Establish Job Safety Analysis document (analyze the risk of work done and the tool manipulating, provide advice of risk prevention by every morning tool box meeting program)
PPE controller (purchasing, storage, distributing, inventory)
WORK PROGESS REPORTING: make the everyday work statement (Analytic report/photographic report)
