Please be informed that I am an innovator in business processes. Having a diverse background as a company lawyer, in IT, in sales and marketing and in HR I am able to understand the situation and the needs of parties involved. I use my creativity in translating these into improved business processes (at a strategic level) and matching and recruiting people and their competences. I advise to make business processes more efficient (e.g. by eliminating administrative processes and integrating targeted information to the business process).
Networking forms a central part of my success. I work, advise and communicate at the Board-level and follow a ‘top-down approach’ in building relationships. Board-member sponsorship is important to me because ‘change’ often comes with ‘resistance’ from the organization. My management style is as follows: I love to take my time talking to people to find out what really drives them. I try to help everyone and to give people space for development and own initiative.
