Air Liberté : led a commercial team to obtain and surpass set objectives , and an operation team to improve client’ satisfaction and performance in respect to flight schedule. Manage negotiations and follow up compliance to contracts’ terms and performance of various suppliers.

Pan-Am : led and participate in positive commercial results ,year after year, in spite of network reduction and restrictive budget resources due to the carrier’ financial difficulties.

CAA: (Canadian Automobile Association) Set up of the Montreal travel division which was enlarged from 3 to 23 employees, 1 to 4 branches, with revenues over 20 million dollars. Creation and set up of « Touring Magazine ».

Qantas Airways: Named best sales manager for the Americas , 2 years in a row.

IATA : permanent delegate to the « Canadian Agency Investigation Panel » for 7 years.

Pata : founder and president for 4 years of the Quebec chapter of the « Pacific & Asia Travel Association » and organizer for 4 other years of « Patamart », an industry annual mart event which attracted over 500 delegate and visitors from the Pacific area and Canada.
