In 2014, HDB Technology created CLAP with the intention of building, through a mobile application, an innovative channel between B2B and B2C brands with their clients.

Simply and quickly, the application reads products’ identity cards, making available for final users information and documents about these goods, any time and according to their needs.

Moreover, for the companies the solution is designed to connect easily to their systems, meaning more opportunities, without creating one more step to their process. Clap aims to improve the enterprises’ after sale service and to deliver statistics through a business intelligence tool that can help them to know more about their market and clients. It is also a platform to improve their relationship with the customers and to communicate offers and new products.

    > Responsible for the clipping and reports production.

    Clients: Globo TV, Coca-Cola Brazil, The British Chamber in Brazil (Britcham) and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
