* Location : Tiguentourine Ain Amenas - Algeria ;
* Purpose : CPF process 29.85 million standard m3/dayof feed gaz (LPG and Condensat) ;
* Company ( constuctor) : KBR-JGC (JK) ,
* Client : BP-STATOIL-SONATRACH
* Position : QA/QC MECHANICAL ENGINEER ;
* Supervision of static and rotary equipment (vessel, colum, heaters ,pumps, compressor,gas turbine , turbo expender, piping),
* Piping design, preparing isometric drawings, piping plan & etc
* General mechanical inspection of piping and coordination between technical office and QC. /QA office
* coordinator work progresses with the main contactor and the client
* Installation, inspection, erection, alignment & coupling, and testing, of horizontal/vertical pumps, Air coolers, heat exchangers, stabilizer column, and trays column erection.
* Installation, erection, preventive maintenance, misalignment & coupling, flushing the lubricating system, and bearings lubrication of the rotating equipment as pumps motors, turbo-expander, compressors turbines, and air coolers.
* Unloaded test of the electric motors ;
* Tanks and Stabilizer Heaters erection including their hydrostatic test.
* Installation, erection, and internal/external inspection of the static equipment as pressure vessels, filters, skids mounted, and stabilizer columns.
* Structural steel (Ladders and Plate-forms) erection of the mechanical equipment. ;
* Associated in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up. ;
