    About Interim Executive Management :
    Interim Executive Management was brought into Europe in the early 80’s..
    The purpose of Interim Executive Management is to integrate, for a determined period of time, an external operational manager in a key position of the company (CEO, Branch or Division Directors ...).
    By experience and with seniority of the position, the assigned Interim Manager is the cornerstone of a necessary and beneficial change for the company for the whole duration of the assignment (generally between 6 and 24 months).
