First step:
In charge of opening the foreign branch and to register it in Qatar, to recruit the staff to set up the construction of a 10 desalination units (63 MIGPD) with its auxiliaries.
Second step:
In charge to place the purchase orders of the whole electromechanical works and their follow up during execution works and nominated in the course of action as site manager as well.
The company staff made of Engineers and technicians reached 135 people and the workers from electromechanical contractors reached more than 2500 people. During warranty period ending in October 2012 the staff reduced to 15 engineers/technicians

To establish a team to ensure the maintenance of existing desalination units and the new construction of desalination units within the 7 emirates.
To follow up commercial and technical issues with our clients.
The various contracts were between 50 and 150 MUSD.
To supply qualified engineers and technicians to other SIDEM foreign branches upon their need in Lybia and Bahrain.

To install a new sea water pumping station in Saint Martin.
To coordinate with the town councils and various French Administration until the taking over in April 2002.
