En résumé

8 years of international experience in sensors business mainly linked to automotive business. I first joined Measurement Specialties/TE Connectivity Sensor Division in 2009 starting with Industrialization Department. I got the opportunity to work in China during an internship in summer 2011 which drove me back in Shenzhen end of 2012.
I have been working these past years on various sensors portfolio such as AirFlow, Humidity and SCR Fluid Property Sensors.

I’ve recently joined a start-up project as freelance consultant. This is an exciting experience for me to help the entrepreneurial team from sourcing and industrialization standpoint and learn company structure from the other side.
Continuous challenges with high potential company targets, bases to build... Many motivators during this startup project phase.

    TOULOUSE 2011 - 2011 • Project coordinator to hold the weekly meeting between Toulouse and Chengdu till the project successfully launched in Chengdu.
    • Humidity & Temperature Chamber sourcing and purchase activity.
    • Install and debug tester system.
    • Calibrate and qualify tester system.
    • Document preparation.
    • Train Shenzhen local people for tester system operation/maintenance.

  • Measurement Specialties - Apprenticeship - Industrialization Engineer

    TOULOUSE 2009 - 2012 • Design, installation and implementation of test ways required for development and production of new products in close cooperation with relevant teams within an organization by project.
    • Realization of development and validation of concept within projects or products before being industrialized by the implementation, monitoring and synthesizing relevant tests (simulation/experiments).
    • Initiation and contribution to the commissioning of engineering testers mode closely with relevant departments (Mechanical, Electronics, Application, Product Software, Metrology...)
    • Participation of design, preparation and SOP test equipment and transition manufacturing engineering - production series
