    * Implementation of "Price Manager" (IT tool for the sales of financial services) in
    the 3 countries.
    * Approval for setting up a new VFS company in Hungary after having been
    Project Leader for the feasibility study for the expansion in this market.
    * Set up of new product range for the 3 countries including implementation of a
    new training concept for the sales organization
    * Successful finalisation of a Pan-European customer loyalty project in the
    function of Project Leader
