    I also have overall control of project procedure regarding my clients: this includes managing project administrators, technical recruiters and assuring clients pay.

    This is a difficult conceptual sales role where articulate and persuasive presentation techniques are required to convince Managing Directors, Human Resources Managers and Engineering Managers to use a unique technical recruitment service.

    A UK based company 60% of our business is domestic with the remainder being Europe, the Middle East, USA, Australia and New Zealand. For the last 3 years I have been working remotely in France both promoting the business down here and also maintaining and growing my client base with regular visits to UK and European clients.

    I have always met and exceeded targets and even in difficult times managed to perform through hard and smart work. I have taken a crucial role in the introduction of new aspects to our services that have allowed us to diversify and hence develop our business portfolio. This includes

    Introduction of Headhunting for certain specialist and senior positions allowing us to generate extra revenue and increase levels of service.
    Introduction of "recruitment open days" where we would select, market and manage the event on behalf of our client.
    Negotiated with University Alumni throughout the UK as a novel method of attracting experienced candidates through mail shots to members.
    Developed business in previously untouched markets such as Australia, France, New Zealand and the USA.
