Richard is running the French ObservatoireSIRH.com as co-founder, an executive network of HCM 2.0 community dedicated to HRO and HRIS professionals. Members are drawn from a large number of organizations of all sizes with a common thread to share best practices and the best use of HR technology.

A 20-year veteran of the HCM software industry, Richard began his career as a HR Consultant with Hay Group then with SAP where he held various sales, business development and alliance positions. This was followed by a period with Oracle and HR Access-Fidelity as Sales & Consulting services Director then, most recently, as HRIS Senior Manager for CSC.

With his in-depth knowledge of ERP/SaaS, Talent Management & HRIS fields, Richard is considered as one of the most informed HCM expert in France. Regular speaker at HR conferences, Richard is teaching this discipline in various Business Schools/Universities and publishes HCM/SaaS literature at ANDRH (French National HR Association). He also leads research programs in various fields including talent management, workforce analytics, mobility and HR outsourcing.

Richard received a bachelor's degree in HR and an MBA from University of Paris.
