  Saint-Denis 2016 - 2016 I've been working as an engineer trainee in the QM department. During this internship I've learned how to review entries of new pieces for train motor. Also, I've learned to use specific industrial software and SAP. My main tasks have been:
  - Reviewing of Quality certification of raw materials
  - Analysis of CPK (Process Capability Index) critical values for quality of our suppliers
  - First Sample reports
  - Interaction with suppliers to solve any quality related issues
  - Risks prevention and microeconomic formation.
  
  In parallel, I've been collaborating with the responsable of Environmental Protection of SIEMENS Cornellà. I have done different tasks related with environment:
  - An environmental survey for EMAS Certification. I've elaborate the questionary in order to study the kind of transport that people working in the factory uses.
  - Different studies of return of inversion.
  

• INSA Lyon - Assistant

  I have been working in the Office of Languages Services as a secretary, two hours per day twice a week
  during this year. In this job, I have been assisting students who want to learn foreign languages. I have been
  showing them different services the center offers for learning languages and correcting their CVs.
  This experience has allowed me to have a first contact with the "customer support" world, because I had to
  advice other students in how to improve their foreign language skills. Thanks to this work, I have learned the
  main functions of an assistant (planning events, people contact, Office Pack).

• INSA Lyon - Kitchen assistant

  I have been working in the university restaurant as a kitchen assistant some hours per week during all the
  scholar year. I have been serving the food to the students and cleaning dishes.
  During this experience I have improve my coworking skills, I have learnt to be more organized and, finally, I
  have become a more efficient person.

• INSA LYON - Customer relations assistant

  Villeurbanne Cedex 2014 - 2015 Customer relations in the Junior-Entreprise of INSA LYON at ETIC INSA Technologies
  The ETIC INSA Lyon Junior-Entreprise (JE) works as a design office managed by students. The main
  goal is to obtain resources by selling studies in many engineering sectors as mechanics, computer science
  or material science. In order to have the studies ready and have clients, there are jobs devoted to sales, to
  marketing, to customer relations and others.
  I have participated in the customer relation team, where I have phoned technological entreprises prospecting
  new clients. I have also received many formations to improve my skills on:

• Valeo - Worker trainee

  Paris 2013 - 2013 During my first summer as an engineering student I worked an internship at Valeo France. I worked in a car
  engine manufacturer, where I mainly did manual jobs as a regular worker and, later, I had a Quality Engineer
  mentor who explained me his line of work.
  I mainly worked with the assembly lines of multiple car components and I collaborated with the QM
  department, helping my QM tutor with his main tasks (checking the quality of the different car components,
  writting quality reports)
  
  Thanks to this experience I had a first conctact with different assembly lines of Valeo, how to work in team
  with other people and, finally, how a QM department works.
