I am Sales Service Engineer of the France South East region (Provence) for the Rental, parts and after sell service business of TRANE which belong entirely to Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and efficient environments.
I have executive responsibility for the strategic business and operating performance of the Trane Commercial business in the region. I am a business developer for all the customers on my region for all the services activities, the equipment, integrated systems, aftermarket service and parts, turnkey and controls contracting and performance-based and energy services businesses.
In my region thanks to a large team helped by 100 years of experience I am currently leading Trane on a journey to drive profitable revenue growth, operational excellence and customer focus in the mature French market.
I speak internally and externally about customer satisfaction and High Performance Technologies, an approach that links the physical environment of a building to a business’s mission to achieve significant energy and operational savings.
My collaborative leadership and customer orientation have led to outstanding business performance, revenue growth and market share gains during both healthy and recessionary markets conditions in Europe particularly in France.
