* Managed the regulatory compliance process of several new built major ( $4bn) offshore Oil & Gas projects (Gumusut-Kakap FPS - Malikai TLP - Prelude FLNG) from initial engagement with the government agencies / stakeholders to final Permit to Operate.
* Scope of responsibilities included the management of the Projects Classification and Certification contracts for new production floaters from Front-end Engineering to Offshore Commissioning and final handover to the Asset team. This included Review and/or 3rd Party (Lloyds Register, ABS, DNV-GL, Bureau Veritas) Certification of the Basis of Design, Project's Codes and Standards, Detailed Design (Hull, Mooring & Process Plant), Procurement, Construction, Tows and Installation, Commissioning, Start-up /Production and Maintenance-Inspection plan for the 5 years Classification cycle. And also the overall management approval of Permit to Install and Permit to Operate for several Pipelines and Subsea systems in Malaysia.
* Implemented and Developed with Lloyds Register the Subsea (X-Trees, Manifolds, Umbilical's, Flowlines, Risers) Verification and Certification (Design to Commissioning) scheme for the first ever Shell FLNG Project (Prelude), under the Australian NOPSEMA validation Scheme.
* Supported and interfaced with various project teams/disciplines in implementing Asset Integrity Management System and developing the Technical Integrity Verification Plan.
* Contract holder for the Gumusut-Kakap project QA inspection contract ( 200 site Inspectors worldwide- budget of $80m).
* Developed several Guidelines, implemented regional training programs on Classification, and coached a team of Regulatory Compliance Engineers.
* Lead Investigator on several High Profile Incidents ( Ram4 incidence matrix).
