SAFETY: During 4 years as Ground Ops Manager and First Officer (F/O), I always strove to maintain both the Airline’s and my standards as safe and as high as possible helping the Flight OPS Manager and the Quality Manager developing the Safety Management System.
On the other hand, I developed a Mass & Balance software to avoid crew entry errors to give us safer and less time consuming operations when flying.
Finally, I developed an Airfield Database Software usable by any crew and operations officers to complete the OM-C with feedback improving the crew’s situation awareness and therefore safety (All approved by the French CAA).
CORPORATE ORIENTATED: I flew the Hawker 400 XP all around Europe from the Polar Circle to North Africa, discovered many kinds of operations as well as any kind of passengers from Football stars to more regular passengers living the dream for a honey moon.
FLEXIBILITY & DEDICATION: As well as a long-term and team thinking co-worker, I’ve always proven my will to solve any issues my companies, colleagues, passengers have encountered by not counting my time working and by self-learning. This made me become trustful and autonomous in many circumstances.
To sum-up, SAFE, RELIABLE AND CUSTOMER ORIENTATED are the words that fit me best.
