2013 - 2013 MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* I aided the programme managers in every aspect of the course.
* I supported the administrative side of the TRIUM program as well as other programs
within HEC.
* I assisted TRIUM participants, professors, and staff during the module with any matters
that arose; from academic to general, every-day issues.
* I prepared all documents and course information, both hard copy and electronic,
before, during and after the module, for the professors and participants.
* I trained four interns to use the HEC Webcast software. I then organised their
schedules and supervised their work during the module.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS:
* I took on a substantial percentage of the Programme Manager's workload, ensuring
that she was able to prioritise the most important tasks.
* I was afforded the opportunity to gain some real Project Management experience,
with managerial functions.
* I compiled an 80 page ``Welcome Document'' for the participants which comprised
of every detail relating to the module; including Professor Bios, subject synopses, travel
details, and tourist information.
2012 - 2012 MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* I was in charge of the design of several marketing campaigns that were due for the
end of the summer.
* I organised all the sales, marketing and contact information for the company into a
company and industry specific system.
* I liaised with the Managing Director and General Manager during the internship.
* I worked with the IT team when organising the company's internal customer
information.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS:
* I mastered the Microsoft Publisher software, which I used on a daily basis for
Marketing and Sales tasks.
* I ensured that the General Manager would be able to access any customer by
organising their information on the cloud and in paper.
* My marketing mail campaign attracted many new big-name clients, who were
interested in getting their equipment serviced or purchase new equipment.

2011 - 2012 MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* I led a team of between 15 and 30 people per shift. ;
* I monitored the money in the cash registers regularly. ;
* I liaised with my managers to ensure their targets were met.
* I utilised my staff in the most efficient way possible taking many factors into account
when deciding.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS:
* My communication skills improved daily in this position as it was imperative that I
communicated clearly with my staff.
* I learned how to manage a large team, in a fast-paced and mentally challenging environment.
* I participated in many different roles within this position, which afforded me the opportunity to improve my customer service, leadership, decision-making and delegation skills.

* I was involved in stock control and management. ;
* I was responsible for processing cash and card payments.
* I aided the management to ensure everything ran smoothly.

* I learned basic aspects in relation to inventory management and merchandising.
* I was trained on a touch-screen, interactive cash register.
* I improved my customer service skills exponentially while in this position.
