     Heighten awareness of suppliers continuously to guarantee service in a context of strong sales rising (+40% per year);
     Manage a team of 11 people.

    Main realizations:
     Lead a cross-functional taskforce to strengthen the capacity of supply and production panel to face the sustained growth of sales +40% yearly
     Study and determinate the optimized logistics network configuration of 10K SKU(3 warehouses location move) relying on PwC consultants;
     Implement a Supply Chain Dept. redesigning process and organization, developing an automatized scheduling tool, reorganizing team, with strong change management requirements.
     Decide and settle a centralized organization of material warehousing.
     Build-up the estimated industrial budget each year (30M€ purchased).
