I am looking for a researcher (R&D) position in deciphering molecular mechanisms especially epigenetic mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of human diseases such as cancer, metabolism disorder etc. using biological and/or bioinformatic approaches.
I am a PhD in biology specialized in epigenetics with 3 years of experience in bioinformatic analysis of NGS data. 10 years of research experiences (Master, PhD study and Post-doc) have helped me build a solid background in biology and get familiar with bioinformatics.
Expertise and Skills
-Design and conduct biological experiments
-Bioinformatic analysis on OMICS data including microarray, ChIPseq and RNAseq with R/Bioconductor and other tools on Linux
-Experience in a multi-disciplinary lab and in hospital, able to communicate with biologists ,bioinformaticians and clinicians
-Good at intepretation of biological and bioinformatic data by integrating experimental and bioinformatic results such as GO and pathway analysis
-Highly responsible for the projects and keep good track of the lab work
-Good in tracking literature in related field
-Critical thinking
-Good communication skills and enjoy team work
-Excellent skills in writing scientific report and able to give oral presentation in a logic and clear manner in English
-Ability to adapt to new task quickly
