The discovery of the HR's world has been exciting and stimulating, providing me with new incentives to grow both personally and professionally.
Moreover, since childhood, I have been riding the waves of the information world, which continues to be part of my life.

    Ressources humaines | Londigny (16700) 2021 - maintenant I am currently assisting Recrewit as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, dealing with Key Account Management, as well as scouting new clients within our main sectors, so I am also involved resourcing candidates within my network, according with Recrewit clients’ personnel needs.
    I do autonomously take care of some of our temporary and permanent workers, from the time of the first contact, all the way through the recruitment and onboarding process.
    But I can proudly say that my job doesn't end there, I am always there for my contacts, I try to go beyond every day - (weekends included when needed) - trying to strive to provide the highest quality services to both Recrewit' clients and candidates.
    I am moreover assisting the MD with any Compliance matter, from contracts' draft and review, to keeping records clean and accessible to everyone within the organization, as well as helping with researches with any sort of legal implications, such as entering a new country or change of regulations, etc.
    With Recrewit, I have been recruiting qualified personnel within Aviation, Automotive & Motorsport and Marine and I really look forward to the next challenge within this great organization!
