2013 - 2013My internship consisted in :
- Valuing a 150-million-euro real estate portfolio
- Modeling business plans and building free cash flow tables as well as sensitivity analyses
- Making market research to assess investment opportunities
- Participating in two renovation projects, with an allocated budget of 4 million euros.
This internship gave me the opportunity to improve my financial modeling skills. My manager taught me the tools to optimize business plans and derive the right conclusions from financial forecast.
I have also taken part in rent tansactions. As a results, I have become familiar with negociation processes
