As piping technical Consultant for Piping and mechanical Construction at OCP ( phosphorous complex) at JORF LASFAR MOROCCO with Contractor STROC Industry-in charge of developing all piping construction procedures and QA/QC procedures, reviewing all Client engineering documents , supervising shop fabrication of piping spools and condensate tanks , preparing drawings and technical procedures for performing tie-ins to existing plant ; check the isometrics drawings before starting fabrication ;define the NDT required , the welding procedure WPS to be used , inspect and prepare Test packs for the tie*ins spools define the hydrostatic test to be applied once piping assembled and mounted with temporary support, assure Bid analysis for valves and special parts such as jacketed pipe and fittings assuring the HSE and safety during shop fabrication and during erection work ,daily check if TSTI meeting be done correctly, prepare dynamic planning and progress work & check the QC for the welding joints , verify the WPS and follow PQR before starting welding spools ,assist weekly meetings with Client UHDE and JACOBS related to Quality and progress. Ensure and inspect piping erection activities, prepare the as built drawings once final reception by client approved.

* Ensure the quality engineering documents when are prepared by our Contractors ;
* Review and comments if any all prepared documents by Contractors or from head office of TOTAL/France including specific equipments for the project ;
* Ensure that all engineering documents ( deliverables) received to be in conformity with TOTAL specifications , standards and to respect all governmental laws/regulations
* Define and identify any deviations to TOTAL Referential and inform by report to Engineering manager and ask Contractor to correct the engineering documents according to the required TOTAL Company specification or standards ( mostly for codes of construction , tests to be performed , material etc) ;
* Make sure that all package engineering documents are checked reviewed by all disciplines before sending it for approbation by Manager then sent copies to Construction site for any eventual comments before stamping it for `' Approved for construction'' ;
* Supervise and verify the engineering construction activities such as the layout , isometric dwg , MTO and MOC , SOW , MR , piping supports , the quality procedures related to lifting welding shop fabrication , fabrication of supports, hydro testing , NDT equipments installation piping erection ,scaffolding and safety procedures, datasheet of, valves , Safety valves , relief valves , strainers vessels , painting material , insulation material and all static equipments to be mounted to the projects such as hot oil exchangers, small water tanks , filters etc
* Verify with the construction team the lifting means to be applied during erection at site
* Assist all meetings with our Contractors during engineering phases discuss the technical questions related to equipments and valves
* Assist to factory acceptance test FAT for 16 corrosion inhibitor units in SINGAPORE for KHARIR projects
* Weekly meeting with Construction manager for evaluating work progress and planning
* Ensure that the TOTAL HSE Policy been followed and understood by the construction team or the sub contractors involved at site for the projects
* Participate and ensure interface between all engineering crafts for any change of scope , modifications to existing plant , change of planning or review of budgets
* Liaise with E/I team for the hook-ups as well with other disciplines.
* Preparing technical bid analysis TBT for all piping materials, valves.. and equipments in order to proceed material purchase
