    Bois-Colombes 2011 - 2012 Managed a debt recovery portfolio against debtors located in Eastern and Northern Europe, Russia, Ukraine and Egypt for a total amount of 50 million Euros of debt.

    Developed out-of-court and judicial debt recovery strategies for debt amounts higher than 500,000 EUR.

    Conducted out-of-court recovery actions, led settlement negotiations and drafted settlement agreements in Russian, English and French.

    Prepared documents for local attorneys and supported attorneys with respect to litigation before local courts (in Eastern and Northern Europe, Russia and Ukraine). Reviewed all the documents drafted by the local attorneys.

    Researched and drafted legal opinions including the possibility of bringing a case judged by Russian courts before the European Court of Human Rights by claiming a violation of article 6.1 of the Convention.
