    *Responsible for UMTS / GSM RAN products including RNC, BSC (6900& 6910),NodeB, BTS(3900series ) commissioning, integration,, software upgrade, expansion ,SWAP, testing and troubleshooting.
    * Provide on-site and remote from (OMC) support to customer on RAN product issues. ;
    * Perform upgrade, routine inspection, and system diagnosis for the live network. ;
    * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify network/applications issues. ;
    * Provide training and technical support to subcontractors who work for Huawei and deploy RNC/NodeB/BSC/BTS hardware installation and commissioning. ;
    * Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and performance measurement analysis related to Radio Frequency (RF) counters. ;
    * Diagnostics on interfaces to locate problems in network elements and/or plug-in units Failure reporting & escalation, if needed ;
    * BTS/NodeB Re-homming and features implementation (DC-HSDPA).
