    Nanterre 2016 - maintenant Identifing and managing projects with Lean Six Sigma methods:
    - Collect data (through interviews and measurement campaigns)
    - Define AS-IS process and analysis to identify/confirm issues
    - Organize Kaizen workshops with root cause analysis, impact assessment and prioritization of solutions in coordination with teams in order to define proces TO-BE.
    - Monitor action plan execution.
    - Report to management.

    - Administrative management of ADP clients training (BU context) with innovative solutions in order to be able to anticipate and be pro-active.
    - Global Payroll Process (International context) with process re-engineering phase prior to deployment.
    - BPI Academy (International Context) to promote methods, tools, templates and standards in order to make BPI parts of the company culture.
  • ADP - Team Leader

    Nanterre 2014 - 2016 Ensuring that staff (four project managers / engineers) are motivated, produce quality and provide service excellence to our client. I am also accountable for managing the delivery of projects, and for providing managerial support for all the projects with PM waterfall or agile methodology.

    Projects:
    - PRO UNO Onboarding Process: Improve administrative and logistic onboarding process by re-engineering process and synchronizing informations between HR and IT systems
    - COE Onboarding Process: Define standard operating process to facilitate off-shoring onboarding.
    - Automate Windows and Unix servers provisioning
    - Integrate new BU (Chile, Argentina, Australia, China ...) and applications (Siebel, CyberArc, Blue Prism, Payroll applications ...) following our user management model.
  • ADP - Chef de projet

    Nanterre 2011 - 2014 Responsible of the delivery of the project which leads to automate and improve the user management and access rights provisioning to ADP Associates using PM waterfall methodology.

    Project:
    - Deploy ADAPT (ADP Directory and Access Provisioning Tool): 25 BUs, around 15 000 users, 500 applications.
  • Sogeti - Chef de projet

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2008 - 2011 Accountable for managing the delivery of automation projects with PM waterfall methodology. I was also responsible for providing monthly updates of any known issues/risks to the project sponsors and CFOs.

    - Invoices project (BU Context) with re-engineering process and innovative solutions (process capture and automation)
    - Sales contracts project (BU Context) with re-engineering process and innovative solutions (process capture and automation)
    - Purchase order process (International Context) with upgrade of SAP version.
