  Sara’s international background has opened her insatiable intercultural curiosity. She has lived on three continents and in several European countries. She has trained in a variety of areas such as winter sports, secretarial training centre, Intercultural awareness & Languages. The latter two being essentially Corporate training.
  She has incorporated her sports’ background and psychology to her corporate Coaching style. Sara offers an individualized coaching relationship designed to assist, develop and enhance professional effectiveness and on-the-job performance. She works hand-in-glove with her Coachee to develop strategies, alternatives and options to deal with nominated issues. Her attitude is accordingly supportive, directive, challenging and confronting as the coachee progresses towards Evolution and Change.
  • She has extensive Corporate knowledge – both in Training and Coaching.
  • Qualified in ‘Organisation Development with NLT’, ‘Advanced Executive Coaching’ and
  English/French Language teaching.
  • She is equally fluent in English and French and delivers her Training and Coaching in both
  languages.
  • She is now based in Montelimar, in the South of France, and (reasonably) goes wherever she is called.
