    Makers For Change is a non-profit organization that develops collaborative insertion programs for the isolated communities present on the territories. We implement everything we can in order to allow various communities and actors to learn, to share, and to meet one another over collaborative projects that they build together.

    2014 - 2014 Le Variety Show est un événement annuel dédié à rassembler des fonds au profit de la recherche pour le cancer (Cancer Research UK ). Responsable de la production, de l'organisation et de la coordination de l’événement, le Variety Show 2014 a été un véritable succès. Plus de 28K£ ont été collectés à l'issue de l’événement.

    ∞ Réalisation de l'analyse de marché et du plan marketing
    ∞ Prospection et recrutement des participants (52 artistes: danseurs, chanteurs, musiciens, comédiens, humoristes + 9 volontaires pour l'équipe technique: ingénieurs son et lumière)
    ∞ Responsable de l'équipe d'organisation (5 personnes)
    ∞ Community management: Création du site web, de la page Facebook, Twitter, de la chaine Youtube et mise à jour régulière du contenue
    ∞ Direction du programme de l'événement et des répétitions; réservation des salles

    The Variety Show is an annual found raising event for Cancer Research UK. It takes place every year at Lincoln University (UK) and involves over 50 volunteer artists, students or inhabitants of Lincoln. In 2014, the Variety show has brought up 28K£ in one night. (100% success)

    ∞ Realize market research & create marketing plan
    ∞ Prospect and recruit artists for the show (incl. scheduling, room booking and auditioning artists)
    ∞ Community management: create website, Facebook page, Twitter, YouTube Channel & Update web content, information & visuals – Produce promotional material including flyers and program booklets
    ∞ Program direction: create the event’s program and the rehearsal program
    ∞ Book the venue and the rehearsing rooms, prepare and rent costumes and material
    ∞ Team management: coordinate a team of 52 artists (dancers, singers, musicians, comedians, acrobats) as well as the technical team (9pax) and the organizational team (5pax), meet on regular basis with the university representing for updates
    ∞ Prepare choreography for dancers teams and coach the overall rehearsals
