    2004 - 2005 The role was in charge of the management and the co-ordination of the recruitment processes for all hires in Italy.
    I managed all the selection processes, such as the analysis of the needs, advertisements planning, screening of CVs, telephone and face to face interviews with candidates, and their presentation to the management. I was responsible for the elaboration of the economical propose according to the compensation policies, the coordination of the induction programme and the follow up for the first year.
    I was also involved in:
    -management of the internal relationship with the top management level and employees;
    -set the Assessment Centre up as a methodology for recruitment;
    -management the internal mobility process;
    -development of job descriptions;
    -management of the project of the Bosch database platform implementation.

    1995 - 2001 Part time employment as Consultant involved mainly in personnel search and selection. The main activities were related to global outsourcing projects extended on the Italian area.
    I was also involved in training projects as Assistant and Tutor. I have studied the client needs and I have created the manual of the course.
    It was a part time job that I did during my university study.
