I am a Post Graduate from BIT Mesra with specialization in Master Computer of Application. I have a total Industry Experience of around 9 years all with Aricent only. Currently, I am located in ARICENT, INDIA at Gurgaon and leading L2 support team responsible for providing support on OSP 2.3 and 2.4 to Telecom Italia since last 6 months. Prior to that I’ve a long association with the Client ALCATEL-LUCENT as Technical Lead, for Intelligent Network (IN) Services dealing with the prestigious Telecom Operators.

I have a background in development, integration and testing. I have got exposure in various ALCATEL-LUCENT’s NGIN & Payment services like ICC (Instant Convergent Charging), CRE (Convergent Rating Engine), LBS (Location Based Services), FRC (Flexible Routing and Charging) etc. I have also created an IMS test setup by integrating various open source IMS nodes like the IMS client, IMS X-CSCFs and the Presence server. This test setup is used for creating and delivering IMS based workshops and as a testing lab. This gave a good exposure to IMS & VOIP concepts. I was also involved in supporting Videotron to roll out their LTE telecom network by integrating Ericsson PGW with Alcatel OCS.
I have also completed six months internship in Aricent in which I’ve enhanced the ASKASN tool, which is used by the Nokia RNC Team (IUV/IUR/NBAP/RRC).
My Area of interests includes Circuit Switched networks and VoIP networks.

    Objective : Videotron is an up and coming operator that recently launched its 3G network. It is now proceeding to launch its LTE network thereby providing Canadian mobile customers with a wide array of 3G/4G services at affordable prices.
    The project is to support Videotron to roll out their 4G telecom network. New Ericsson LTE nodes are introduced in the network and their successful integration with Alcatel OCS (ICC 5.6).

    As a part of Professional services team my objective is to support ALU and Videotron in this network roll-out by providing integration consultancy, testing support and training.

    Role : * Interaction with Customer Support Manager and customer for requirement clarification.
    * Preparations of solution definition document as well as call flow documents required for new PGW integration.
    * Create, update and review of ICC Configuration Document based on the new network element.
    * Create, update and review of LTE 1st call integration test Document.
    * Execution of the software upgrade in the Videotron environments.
    * Integration of ICC EWS service with Videotron's networks.
    * Configuration for new origin-hosts and rating group. ;
    * Provide support during integration testing & system testing of various LTE features and regression testing on ICC5.6 on all environments.
    * Liaison with development team for fixing customer problems reported during integration & testing phase.

    Objective : The project is to provide features to support LTE real time data charging solution implementation over ICC 5.6.
    Certain ICC 5.8 features will be back ported and some new features will be implemented in ICC 5.6.
    Some of the features are: -
    * Support of interoperability with Diameter Gy / Ro 3GPP TS32.299 release 10 in IMS and PS Domain. ;
    * Handling the RAT_TYPE change trigger ;
    * Introduction of LTE CELL ID. i.e. to determine the origin subscriber's geographic location information in the LTE network for cell based zoning.
    * Record received IMEI in CDR. to include an additional parameter ``IMEI number'' in the CDR.
    As a part of Professional services team my objective is to plan the ATP strategy and perform acceptance tests. My objective was also to deliver the various documents like acceptance test plans, MOPs, configuration document... etc.

    Objective : The Alcatel-Lucent 8642 ICC-CRE product enables service providers to use Convergent Rating Engine for pre-paid and post paid services (e.g. Refillable and non- refillable pre-paid Calling card, postpaid service and their billing). There were around 100+ new requirements that were different from the generic ICC product. All these requirements were implemented by customizing the generic ICC-CRE product and were delivered in four different phases (Phase I, II, III, IV). This was a very long duration project and I was involved since requirement analysis to GO-LIVE. Current work profile involves interaction with Systems team to help them in preparing detailed architecture design of the features. Implementation of features as per the design. Involved in production/deployment.
