• Providing project management support to project leadership by helping to manage issues, client requests, scope and re-planning efforts

• Assisting with preparation and maintenance of the project schedule, costing system and forecasting
• Preparing weekly / montly project status reports and meeting minutes

Assisted the Project Manager in managing HESOP reversible substation installation project for the Milan metro. Project subsidized by the European Program LIFE+
• Involved in the project start-up phase. Tasks included:
- Project cost breakdown
- Resources mobilization
- Kick-off meetings organisation
- Partnership agreement drafting
- Project scope definition with the project partners (Alstom France, Alstom Italy, Alstom Belgium and ATM Milan metro operator)
• Assisted in preparing and submitting Inception Report (preliminary assessment report) of the project to the European Commission
Achievement: Inception Report approved by the EC ⇒ EU’s financial support extended for the project

Wrote a technical and economic study on traction power energy recovery and energy storage systems for DC Metro/Underground and urban rail transit.
• Performed technical monitoring and competitive intelligence of:
- Stationary and on-board storage solutions for battery, flywheel and supercapacitor technologies
- Inverters and reversible substations
• Positioned Alstom’s HESOP reversible substation over existing solutions in terms of performance, cost and impact on the electrical network.
