  • Valeo - Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation (System / Software)

    Paris 2016 - 2021 For the domains system and embedded software (6000 engineers) in charge of supporting the definition of the standard processes, methods and tools for the VALEO Businesses. The processes shall comply ISO 15288, ISO 26262 & Automotive Spice .

    Main contributions:
    - Member of the CODIR for the domain Sys&eSW.
    - Manage hierarchically & functionaly resources located in low cost countries (mainly Egypt)
    - Manage the selection of the tools from the definition of the the need with the metiers to the contractualization at group level (i.e : Dashboard, MBSE, Requirement management (Doors obsolescence), Continous integration...) with the support of R&D IS, purchase & legal dept.
    - Lead proof of concept, pilot projects and supports deployment of the tools with the PM&T network of the business group.
    - Manage deployment of VALEO Standard Business Process Modeling (BPM) for the domain Sys&eSw with support of business process experts and modelers.
