At age 35, as senior Project Manager, Serge has built up a strong experience and broad knowledge in all aspects of Project Management and process improvement.

For 6 years, he was a project manager and business analyst in the International Bank, Insurance and Project Organization fields. Prior to that, for 4 years, Serge worked in event organization at 2 private event companies as a manager.

Working in various departments within bank and insurance companies such as Facility Management, Credit, Marketing and IT, Serge has developed a strong sense of organization, team working, integration and Change Management. Able to work fast and to adapt to different situations in variable environment, he learned strong communicating skills. As a project manager, Serge was involved in many deployment projects. His responsibility was to advice strategic decisions then insure their implementation in the field. He is a certified Project Manager Professional from the Project Management Institute as well as Microsoft Project and Prince 2.

From the start of his career until now he has been involved in several implementations of Project Office in Programs and Projects which set up management reporting and follow up tools that allow them to reach the company’s goals. These projects were transversal and use resources from several entities such as Facility, Marketing, Security, IT, HR, ...

Serge has been a valued team member in several Program/Project Management and implementation of Front and Back Office. These are the domains he wants to focus on.

Serge is a self-starter, high energy, driven, reliable, analytical and process oriented person. He is driven by the highest ethical standards and is highly adaptable. He is bilingual (English, French), has good knowledge in Dutch and has excellent communication skills.
