    Provide on-site support of client desktops at Pfizer for basic troubleshooting and Installation, Move and Removal activities and augment the existing staff for medium to large projects or extremely high volumes of activity. Understand/apply Quality Matrix when closing tickets.
    Install, troubleshoot and configure Windows 8 operating systems, PC Networking TCP/IP, PDA, VPN, supported "shrink wraped" PC applications. Work with remote service teams in configuring client system to work with local and remote networks; gRAS and wireless. Perform basic servers, network and facilities trouble shooting.
    Ensure Maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of Apple and mobile devices.
