Paris la Défense Cedex2018 - 2018Verification of a preliminary design tool for offshore wind turbine monopile foundations:
Construction of a database of Ultimate and Fatigue Limit State monopile loads regarding its structural characteristics, site conditions and design load cases according to the standard IEC 61400-3. Identification of critical parameters through correlation analysis.
Perform hydro-aeroelastic time-domain calculations in Bladed. Calculation of wave loads transfer function using Bladed and creation of VBA macros for Damage Equivalent Loads (DEL) calculation on monopile structures using frequency domain methods. Comparative study with time-domain method and rainflow counting .
Perform coupled and uncoupled modal analyses for offshore wind turbine (Campbell diagram analysis) in Bladed. Sensitivity studies of natural frequency and modal shapes regarding the geometry, mass distribution on monopiles and soil stiffness properties.
Courcouronnes2014 - 2016Within the Design Department of the Mexican subsidiary, support for the local and external production of rotating parts for aviation engines, by conducting FEM structural analyses of deformation, stress, and fatigue damage for non-compliant aircraft engine rotating parts.
Creation of finite element models in ANSYS to evaluate the impact of the geometric and/or visual non-conformities of the part on the stress level. Creation of Excel macros for the estimation of cumulative fatigue damage.
Technical support to the Methods Department for Interpretation of geometric plans and tolerances; realization of FEM studies for either the acceptability in the state of the part or the technical validation of re-machining operations
Migration of a finite element 3D model of certification of the engine conceived in Patran towards ANSYS.
