2002 - maintenant*Plan, develop, train and implement Good Manufacturing Practices for the yogurt, ice cream, milk and juices sections
*Plan, train and develop the early stages of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Points) for the yogurt, ice cream, milk, juices sections
*Restructure the Quality Control Department towards Quality Assurance
*Define standards (product specifications) for all the products (i.e., 215 yogurt, ice cream, milk and juice products), towards auto-control.
*Monitor products in the marketplace with sampling schemes.
*Monitor customer and client satisfaction.
*Structure the scents and coloring area within the warehouse, train the personnel.
*Follow up to Marbo, Inc.’s franchise requirements of the Tampico brand of soft drinks.
