  Roles & Responsibilities:
  
  * Core team member for major works of Petromar subsea fabrication yard . ;
  * Inspection of Foundation, Manifold Module, MSS, Flets and Plets. ;
  * Interaction and coordination with inspectors for various activities. ;
  * Coordinating the daily Inspection and major repairs on the equipment's. ;
  * Coordinating the all NDT activities. ;
  * Fit-up, welding, Heat treatments and surface preparation. ;
  * Leak tightness test (Hydrostatic and pneumatic), final inspection and preparation of test packs. ;
  * Preparation of Method statement and Procedures for repair works for Equipment's and getting approval from Client. ;
  * Preparation of quality related documents and review of the documents. ;
  * Coordination of special inspections like TOFD and Eddy Current Testing of Equipment's. ;
  * Preparation of pre commissioning and commissioning activities.

  Roles & Responsibilities:
  
  * Monitor Subcontractor activities and ensure that inspections are carried out as per approved ITP. ;
  * Ensure the correct application of Project Quality Plan and the implementation of the relevant procedures, Quality Control and Safety Plans. ;
  * Material Identification and traceability review and verification of MTC. ;
  * Ensuring that the correct revisions of drawings and procedures are being used for fabrication. ;
  * Verify calibration of equipment and inspection tools. ;
  * Verify the qualifications of inspection personnel's, welders and NDT operators. ;
  * Witness PQR's, Welder Qualifications, and Mechanical testing. ;
  * Fit up inspection and dimensional verification of fabricated items. ;
  * Ensure welding is carried as per approved WPS. ;
  * Weld parameter verification.
  * Visual inspection of welds. ;
  * Verify NDT is carried out in accordance with approved project procedures and specifications. ;
  * Review of radiographs. ;
  * Review/assessment of contractor site inspection and NDT reports. ;
  * Painting & coating inspection.
  * Witness Hydro Test and verify test packs. ;
  * Witness Site Integration Test (SIT) and Factory acceptance Test (FAT). ;
  * Review of fabrication data books and ensuring that the requirements of the specifications have been met. ;
  * Inspection of Painting and Coating. Familiar with various types of coating such as CRP, 3LPP/5LPP, HSS, Flame Spray, Insulation etc. ;
  * Attend site team meetings to report progress, issues and challenges and participate in the completion of site weekly report. ;
  * Perform assessments as required by the Project Quality Surveillance Plan.
