  * Writing policy documents on various subjects such as innovation in Israel, employment, vocational

  * Initiating projects and co-operation between the OECD and Israel, such as vocational training system
  review, industrial zones development in the periphery. As part of the position, I created the projects
  that would suit the government's strategy, work closely with the OECD secretariat developing the

  conferences. For example, I accompanied the Minister of Science and Technology to a conference in
  Korea as a professional delegate for innovation. My role was to work closely with the minister on his
  remarks and official statement.
  
  * Information provider to the service of the various government ministries in OECD databases.
  
  * Recruitment and management of new interns.
  
  * Social media director: operate Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn pages and monthly newsletter. Design
  new and stand-alone web-site, writing articles based on OECD's working papers.
  
  * Event manager: organize Israel official events with high-level representatives from Israel and the
  OECD. Organize official groups seminars for Israeli groups such as cadets for civil service and
  postgraduate students at the Hebrew University.
