I am particularly interested in a new challenge in order to demonstrate my skills, abilities and experience within the hospitality industry.
As you will see in the enclose C.V, I am relatively experience and training for the job.
I have successfully been working as Catering Manager with Peter Bedford Housing Association where my responsibilities were to plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor all activities with drug and alcohol addict service users. I also worked as Hospitality Lecturer with the Primrose College in London. Recently, I worked as Catering Manager with Cygnet Health Care running a catering unit, monitoring, training and assessing participants with mental health for NVQ qualification.
I started my professional career working as Duty Operations Manager with The Portadriano Marina gulf and Spa Hotel in Majorca and also spent some time working with different organisation such as the Grosvenor House Hotel, the King Georges Hospital, The Royal London Hospital as casual Catering AND Hospitality Coordinator where I have to interact on a daily basis with a variety of people.
This has provided me the privilege to learn more about the customs and the Regulations.
I am a very committed and competent professional and I believe on my skills and abilities, to deliver as expected.
I hold a City & Guilds A1 Assessor, a Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Food Safety in Catering level3 certificate as well as an Accreditation for Personal Licence Holders.
I am French and Spanish speaking native.
I hold a UK Right of Residence which legally entitled me to live and work within the EU.
