* Detailed Engineering (@One Subsea, Bergen- Norway):
- Technical assessment of Contractor engineering (design review, specification, drawings, data sheet, assembly
procedures, test procedures, interface system and ROV access study)
- Coordination with head office technical department ;
- Procurement folow up and expediting towards sub vendors (forging, valves, tools...).
* Construction and testing (@One Subsea, Radoy/Horsoy- Norway):
- Fabrication documentation review (Inspection and test plan, welding procedures, NDE, coating...) ;
- Assembly follow up and expediting (fabrication and testing sequence analysis recovery plan when required)
- System testing preparatory work and execution ;
- Company Site representative with QA/QC supervision and high focus on HSE
- Management of non-conformity and technical deviation.
* Installation:
- Engineering work with TOTAL affiliate in Angola for field intervention and Pump Unit installation/recovery scenario
- Review of sea fastening, rigging arrangement and instalation procedures
- Technical coordination between installation contractor and SPS contactor.
- Company representative onshore/offshore for instalation campaign of subsea station
* Commissioning/start up:
- Assistance of subsea commissioning ;
- Coordination of vendors mobilization and follow up ;
- Responsible of task force management for offshore commissioning/start up trouble shooting
* Contract:
- Designated Manager for the completion and close out of the contract since November 2015
