• Honeywell Security and Fire - Engineering Manager

  2016 - 2018 Reporting to Engineering Director I coordinated a team of 4 direct reports and up to 25 functional reports developing HW, FW and Mechanics for a new Global Security Platform.
  
  Achievements: Set-up a Management Operating System involving up to 30 individuals located across three continents (Europe, Asia, North America). I led the architecture definition of a new HW/FW platform and delivered 6 complex products in less than 1 year. I deployed a Global Process to work with 3rd part development partners (ODM/EMS)

• Honeywell Security - Senior Electronics Engineer

  2014 - 2016 Wireless security systems development for residential and industrial applications, overseeing all product lifecycle (feasibility studies, cost analyses, integration testing, customer support) as Product Architect (Technical Project Manager).
  
  Achievements: I successfully designed and released new generation of wireless control panels, meeting the time-to-market constraints and exceeding budget targets:

• Elsys Design - Electronics Engineering Consultant

  Cachan 2010 - 2013 Electronics Engineering Consultant at Honeywell Security France: wireless security systems design, with responsibilities on all the product lifecycle, ranging from product design and testing, to customer support.
  
  Achievements: I oversaw feasibility study, design and release of new wireless peripherals (IR Video detector, Capacitive Keypad), to integrate existing alarm system offer.

• BlueSky Positioning - RF Engineer

  2007 - 2010 Development of an A-GPS embedded into SIM Card. Responsible for design and testing of GPS receiver and Antenna in a Start-Up environment. My duties included Antenna simulations, system level EMC analysis and the design of a custom testing systems.
  
  Achievements: Participated to all the R&D stage, setting up the electronics laboratory and the RF simulation system, and bringing the product to meet customer's specification on time and on budget. I followed the transition from R&D to mass-production.

• Motorola Electronics - RF Engineer

  2005 - 2007 3G Product development for EMEA cellular market. I participated to the analysis, responsibilities simulation and design of RF section of cellular phones. The design phase was followed by validation through tests and a certification of the product. Support to production sites (China and Germany).
  
  Achievements: Responsible for EMC/EMI compliancy of Krzr K3, released to market in March 2007. Responsible for all RF systems and performances of Krzr K3 Music, released to market on June 2007.
