En résumé

For more than 20 years, I am the manager of software development teams in highly constrained contexts such as medical imaging, clinical trials and civil engineering. The context and the size of the companies in which I worked allowed me to stay at the forefront of software development. I am managing multidisciplinary teams and have the chance to manage differentiating and innovative projects. I am passionate about new development technologies as well as the latest development methods such as Agile methods. I have been experimenting with these technologies and methodologies for many years to make the development teams I lead more effecient and more predictive.
