    2016 - 2016 - Working on a UNHCR fund for enumerating and evaluate the live conditions and the needs in the camps of refugees, IDPs and returnees in Libya (Tripoli, Misratah, Beni Walid, Sirte and Benghazi) Responsible for the finances, compliance, budget monitoring, reporting, resource management, coordination with others.

    2013 - 2016  Prepare, control, supervise, and report on all financial RLS activities in North Africa according to the RLS guidelines;
     Budget RLS projects and the supervise cash flow;
     Coordinate and communicate information and financial reporting with all project managers and coordinators (RLS and partner organizations);
     Visit partner organization for training delivery and audit of documentation;
     Line management and supervision of finance coordinator;
     Prepare all financial statements, reports, statistical schedules analyses, estimates and summaries needed for internal or external users;

     Manage the organization’s banking operations;

     Procurement: check procurement documentation of partner organizations and RLS office (by administrative manager) relating to RLS funding, then refer to RLS representative for approval;
     Advice RLS partner organizations in financially managing RLS funding;
     Prepare monthly cash and bank reconciliations;
     Coordination with program manager: Information about problems relating to partners’ financial reporting (quality and timeliness);
     Contracts: Financial manager receives draft contracts from program manager and provides financial input, including budget and other issues related to finances;
     Prepare financial report about RLS activities to relevant Tunisian authorities;
     prepare and support annual financial reports by external auditors;
     Other duties: Conduct any other activities assigned by the RLS representative that might arise to establish and consolidate RLS in Tunis in relevance to the financial practice.
  • DAI - Office Manager

    2013 - 2014  Manage day-to-day business operations of the Tunis office
     Act as Deputy Operations Manager, performing OM tasks as delegated or in absence of OM
     Coordinate field office administrative functions with the Sbeitla administrative staff.
     Communicate with landlords on facilities management of office spaces (primarily Tunis – Sbeitla only if support is requested)
     Coordinate motorpool for both offices and oversee vehicle and fuel log reconciliations
     Serve as Security Focal Point (SFP) under the DAI emergency management plan.
     Coordinate visas, administration and residence cards for TTI expat staff
     Administer TTI Professional Development Assistance Program and supervise the HR Assistant to ensure that other HR functions are attended to in a timely manner, eg PMPs, timekeeping, leave management, etc.
     Supervise HR assistant and Tunis based drivers, in addition to all temporary administrative staff and or interns.
     Coordinate administrative procurement and logistics requests and forward to PLO team for processing and follow up.
     Maintain TTI project property inventory and initiate inventory audits at 6 monthly intervals.
     In collaboration with IT service provider, ensure that TTI project IT resources are allocated appropriately and properly accounted for. Coordinate IT service requests.
     Oversee telecom account management, including managing process for staff reimbursement of personal phone calls in both offices
     Maintain library of common electronic equipment (LCD projectors, Cameras, etc.), including check-in / check-out and maintenance.
     Provide administrative and management advice to OM and COP on Tunisian labor law, HR, occupational health and safety, inventory management, security protocols, office organization and administration as requested.
