I am currently working as a senior project manager at ENEDIS in Aix en Provence and I am
coming to London to perfect my English and develop my skills. Below I have written a little
about some of my key projects.
A project I am very proud of was to create the electrical supply to the state of the art Apple
store in Aix-en-Provence. One of the greatest challenges we faced was to manage the local
community, as the construction would be very disruptive. I personally undertook meetings
with local stakeholders to explain the working hours, the design concept, and project duration;
this alleviated the pressure from local residents. I was responsible for ensuring that the
construction was within budget and deadline; both of which I achieved. Health and safety was
my primary task, this meant significant prevention planning before the construction. During
the construction phase I was regularly on-site to implement and monitor the rigorous
prevention plan.
