    2013 - maintenant I’m here representing the Director and the commercial core to ensure dialogue with our customers and partners.
    Drafting and follow up of contracts in a long term perspective, I am the link between the clients and our specialists of measure.
  • Madea - Executive Assistant to the CEO

    2007 - 2013 As an executive assistant from its inception, I used to back up the CEO in this medical consultancy and training company,
    I first managed the customer relationship, and the administrative / financial management.
    In a second phase, I took over the operational management, looked for funding, and participated in the training engineering, especially the e-learning platform.
    Faced with activity expanding, I have designed the internal and external quality processes for ISO 9001 certification.
    I also had a chance to build with the firm's founder our workforce, and a retention strategy to engage, develop and support staff of trainers and commercials on the spot, In France and Belgium (Wallonia). At the same time, I managed the administrative team to the office.
