“Toronto’s Mille Femmes” Production Manager, Luminato Festival of Arts and Creativity, Toronto
A Volunteer-based project co-produced by Lancôme (L'Oréal Group) and Luminato, “Toronto’s Mille Femmes” monumental public installation by French artist Pierre Maraval paid tribute to 1,000 Creative Women in Toronto (Allen Lambert Galleria, June 9-15, 2008).
• Created start-up cost studies (including human resources, office space, IT and software needs)
• Designed operational planning and back-up strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines
• Managed a team of assistants approaching 1,600 volunteer participants by email and phone
• Conceived communication protocol and Q&A in collaboration with PR agency
• Acted as main PR person, ensuring participants’ and medias’ best understanding of the project

Cartier pioneered corporate sponsorship in France since 1984 and has since been the first corporate sponsor of contemporary art in France. With a 6M€ annual budget, the ground-breaking and eclectic Cartier foundation, hosted by a unique Jean Nouvel building, attracted over 200,000 visitors in 2007.
• Spearheaded the strategic development of a more aggressive branding for the Cartier Foundation
• Supervised the work of outside editors, translators, and designers
• Developed communication strategy to reach new audiences (110,000 visitors in 2004, 200,000 in 2007)
• Designed and monitored Publications and Communications annual budgets (1M€ in 2007)
• Co-curated the publication of over 20 acclaimed art books by world renowned artists
• Initiated prestigious partnerships with German printer-publisher Steidl and Japanese publisher Foil
• Promoted worldwide distribution of exhibition catalogues towards increased profitability
