    - Making purchase ledger and supplier payments
    - Process and check the commission payments for each department. ;
    - Deliver the Finance & Administration report at the weekly Senior Team meetings. ;
    - Project manager for the launching of the new management system (Brightlime). Coordinate, identify and organize
    training for all users to ensure efficient use. Empowerment for feedback and development in term of quality and
    configuration
    - Complete other ad-hoc administration and general Finance duties
    - Sales: conduct prospective member enquiries and presentations of the club
