Identified in 2014 by the US Department of State as one of the 500 most promising African next generation leaders, and as one of the 170 best potential business leaders, I integrated the MANDELA WASHINGTON FELLOWSHIP FOR YOUNG AFRICAN LEADERS (MWF-YALI). I had the opportunity to develop my skills through a High Level Institute in Business & Entrepreneurship at The UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN and meet the President OBAMA.
I work as Human Resources, Administration and Protocol Manager for the DANGOTE Group in Cote d’Ivoire. Putting my multipotentiality skills at the service of my company, I manage the Human Capital, set and monitor the administrative and protocol systems. I also act as Chief Accountant, proposing project budgets, managing and monitoring and reporting on all account and finances related tasks.
I strongly believe in an Africa staring straight at a brighter future. On my own time and as a volunteer, I give lectures and workshops, as the President of Young Leaders Cote d'Ivoire, to promote youth leadership and entrepreneurship.
I am a Mentor for the TONY ELUMELU FOUNDATION ENTREPENEURSHIP PROGRAMME, offering for free my expertise to young entrepreneurs for them to go to the next level.
